August 3: Last Date to Add Intersession Classes
August 4: Last Date to Withdraw from Intersession Classes and Receive a Refund
August 11: Last Date to Drop Intersession Classes with a “W”
August 13: Last Date to Drop a Single class or Withdraw from All Intersession Classes
NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes dropped between August 12 and August 13 only if the student has a passing grade at the time the class is dropped.
August 14: Interession Classes End

Mar 30-Aug 26: NSU EXCELS Telephone Enrollment and Add/Drop
August 15: Residence Halls Open 10 a.m.
August 18-29: Faculty Available for Advising in Faculty Offices
August 19: ALL FEES ARE DUE
August 20: CLASSES BEGIN
Mar 30-Aug 26: Add/Drop, Administration Building
August 20-26: Late Enrollment, Basement, Administration Building, $10 fee
August 26: Last Date to Enroll and Add Sixteen Week Classes
Sept 2: Last Date to Withdraw from any 16 Week Classes and Receive a Refund
Sept 7: Labor Day Holiday, campuses closed
October 1: Applications for Spring Graduation Due
October 15: Midterm
October 15-16: Fall Break
October 29: Return of Title IV Refund Date
Nov 11: Last Day to Drop Sixteen Week Classes with a “W” (short term classes are pro-rated at 3/4 time from start of class)
Nov 25-29: Thanksgiving Break, campuses closed
Dec 10-11: Student Study Days
Dec 11: Last Day to Drop a Single Class or Withdraw from all Sixteen Week Classes
NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes dropped between November 12 and December 11 only if the student has a passing grade at the time the class is dropped.)
Dec 14-18: Finals
Dec 18: SEMESTER ENDS
Dec 19: Commencement
Dec 21: Winter Intersession Begins
Dec 22: Faculty Grade Verifications Due (1:00 p.m.)
Dec 24: Grades Available at Web Services (grades will not be mailed)
Jan 7: Earliest Date that Official Transcripts will be available.
